Founded in 2007, our business began with a simple idea: to create a welcoming, stylish boutique for dogs and cats that treated pets like family. What started as a small pet clothing boutique quickly grew from that original vision into something much more meaningful. The company was founded and is still owned today by Alaycia and Rick, co-owners who built the business together from the ground up. Their shared passion for animals, especially their family dog Chopper—a miniature pinscher who inspired the original vision—became the foundation of everything we do. 

In 2008, we transitioned into a full-service grooming salon, shifting our focus toward professional grooming care while still holding onto the same heart behind the original boutique—love for dogs and a commitment to quality, compassionate service. Rick & Alaycia wanted to create a place where pet owners could feel confident that their dogs would be treated with the same care and respect they give them at home. Since then, we’ve proudly been serving our community for over 18 years, winning Tracy’s Best of the Best every year we have been open. We also offer our salon services to our local animal shelter and rescues, because every dog & cat deserves to feel clean and be pampered. 

In 2021, we expanded our services to include mobile grooming, bringing our care directly to clients’ homes for added convenience and comfort for both pets and their owners.

Today, we’ve grown into a dedicated team of groomers, bathers, and our amazing manager. Our team works hard both in salon and in our mobile vans to allow us to serve more pets while maintaining the personalized, one-on-one care we’ve always been known for. 

As a family-run business, our values remain the same as when we started: compassion, trust, and treating every pet like one of our own. What began with one beloved family dog has grown into a thriving grooming business built on community, care, and connection.
